Project Manager Description

Our client, a fast-growing digital strategy agency, is seeking a technically minded Project Manager to join their St. Louis team. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of digital initiatives-from client onboarding and strategy consulting, through managing development for websites and other web-based tools (including third-party integrations), to QA and launch-ensuring each project launches on time, within scope, and aligned with client goals.

You'll work closely with clients, developers, designers, and technical specialists to turn requirements into clear, actionable project plans. Success in this role requires a strong grasp of web platforms, digital tools, and modern project management practices, as well as the ability to balance multiple complex projects  you excel at untangling technical challenges, optimizing workflows, and navigating an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, you'll thrive here.

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Lead multiple digital projects (4-10 concurrently) from kickoff to launch

• Translate client requirements into detailed technical specifications

• Maintain project schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and status reporting

• Identify scope changes or technical challenges and initiate change requests

• Coordinate QA, testing, and deployment across web, mobile, and marketing platforms

• Track project performance metrics and provide technical insights

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specs, wireframes, and process guides

• Collaborate closely with account managers, developers, designers, and IT teams to ensure seamless execution

Project Manager Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical project management experience required

• Strong experience working with developers to deliver complex websites and other web applications required

• Experience managing multiple (4+) projects simultaneously required

• Must be local to the St. Louis metro area
