This role supports enterprise IT infrastructure services focused on managed file transfers (MFT) and job automation/scheduling
. The analyst will help configure, maintain, deploy, and troubleshoot file transfer and automation workflows while supporting internal business teams across the organization. This is a fully remote role that requires strong self-management skills and the ability to work through a high-volume service request queue.

• Manage and prioritize Service Now ticket queues related to MFT job design and deployment
• Configure, maintain, and support job automation workflows in a Control-M environment
• Partner with business teams to perform end-to-end testing of automated workflows
• Administer external partner accounts within MFT platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 incidents related to file transfer services
• Ensure service delivery meets established SLAs
• Support secure data transfer processes across enterprise systems

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or business-related field
• 0–2 years of relevant IT or infrastructure support experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to identify issues, gather data, and recommend solutions
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Experience in healthcare IT environments
• Familiarity with regulatory and security-driven systems
• Related IT certifications

• Control-M (job scheduling/automation)
• Globalscape or similar MFT tools
• Encryption and secure file transfer concepts
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros a plus)

• Part of an Enterprise Scheduling / IT Production Control team
• Supports file transfers and automation across multiple business lines
• Fast-paced, ticket-driven environment with enterprise-wide visibility

• 1–2 virtual interviews via Microsoft Teams
• Manager review typically within 1–2 days of shortlisting
