IT Analytics Delivery Team Lead – Sales & Marketing

This is what you will be doing a s a member of our IT Analytics Delivery Team:

• Be an equal member of a cohesive and selfless team.

• Work in an agile team – plan, prioritize, design, test, and coordinate end-to-end delivery of solutions.

• Coach and assist in the performance review process for team members.

• Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent for the Analytics Delivery team, ensuring a diverse and inclusive culture.

• Mobilize teams across the business and IT to continue to innovate and leverage data.

• Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and operation of data pipelines.

• Collaborate with Architects, Technical Leads, Product Managers/Owners, and stakeholders to understand organizational goals and assist in defining the Analytics roadmap.

• Partner with the team to ensure Data Engineering solutions are highly available, performant, and reliable.

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the Analytics Delivery domain, exploring new technologies, patterns, and solutions.

• Manage escalations and shifting priorities.

• Collaborate with other IT leaders on cross-team and departmental opportunities.
  
  Assist in the monitoring, measuring, and promotion of the success of analytics and its value to the organization.

• Balance the delivery of data sources that solve today’s problems vs. those that scale for the future.

• Lead efforts to define a strategy for self-service business intelligence with an emphasis on data-driven decisions.

• Have functional Domain experience. Possessing expertise in functional domains, particularly in the Quote to Cash processes, and/or experience with ERP systems, with a preference for Oracle EBS.

Required Skills:

• A BS/BA degree.

• 2 years Leadership experience and a demonstrated ability to coach up, down, and across.

• Experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and/or analytics.

• Experience in relational databases;
  Oracle & Snowflake preferred.

• Have experience writing, reading, and interpreting SQL queries.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience with BI reporting tools;
  Tableau and/or Power
  
  BI preferred.

• Experience as a change agent, embracing new technologies and driving the adoption of the latest design methodologies.

• An understanding of an analytics platform, its use cases, and best practices.

• Experience working within cross-functional teams.
