Operation Support-ServiceNow

Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a Application/Operation Support-Service Now to join their team. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Act as a primary liaison between Operations users and the software vendor to front and resolve application issues Handle production support, manage the lifecycle of incidents/problems, and open, track, and close vendor tickets Monitor system reports and system configurations daily to ensure data integrity and take required actions based on findings Partner with application developers, external vendors, and internal infrastructure teams to resolve application system problems Maintain essential data files and track ticket status updates to report back to internal requestors.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing incidents, cases, and ticketing workflows
• 3+ years of experience working within the securities or securities operations industry
• Strong background in application production support and incident management
• Mid-level to advanced experience handling data logs and monitoring reports in Microsoft Excel
• Proven experience opening, managing, reporting, and following up on external vendor tickets

• Direct experience or familiarity with the SEI Trust 3000 platform
• Familiarity with the SEI Wealth Platform (SWP)
• Experience prompting Microsoft Copilot to optimize administrative workflows
• Basic understanding of reliability engineering principles
• Broader familiarity with software applications supporting securities processing

Pay Range:
The approximate pay range for this position is between $36.00 and $52.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
