IT Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple technology initiatives across the organization. This individual will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion while ensuring effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and successful execution.

• Self-Starter Project Management Experience with a Proven Ability to Drive Results
• Microsoft Project & Microsoft 365
• Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Development & Management

• Manage multiple IT infrastructure projects simultaneously from planning through execution and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Coordinate project activities across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Provide clear and consistent communication to project teams, leadership, and executive stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Drive accountability across project teams and vendor partners to ensure commitments are met.
• Oversee vendor management activities and hold third-party providers accountable for project outcomes.
• Support operational initiatives, infrastructure improvements, and IT security-related projects.
• Coordinate executive-level project reporting and scheduling activities.
• Travel approximately 5% to support site expansions and project-related activities.

• Proven IT Infrastructure Project Management experience in a complex enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter who can work independently, take ownership, and drive projects to completion.
• Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft 365.
• Experience creating, managing, and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience managing vendors and holding third-party partners accountable for deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level communication.
• Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience utilizing A3 Problem Solving and Lean Methodologies.
• Experience supporting infrastructure expansion or site deployment projects.
• Familiarity with IT Security initiatives and projects.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency programs.
