Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid) 2-3 day onsite

Duration: 12 months

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Java to manage a high-performing Scrum team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading product development and delivering high-quality software solutions. Experience in payment-related products is a plus.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements.
• Lead a Scrum team to ensure efficient delivery of product features.
• Manage product roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Leverage your Java knowledge to guide technical discussions and support development.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Continuously improve product processes to enhance the team’s efficiency.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Strong background in Java with the ability to understand and influence technical discussions.
• Experience managing and leading Scrum teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management.
• Nice to have:
  Experience with payment-related products.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Experience working in payment solutions or fintech environments.
