15+ years of IT Service Management experience5+ years in a Service Delivery Manager or similar leadership role Strong experience managing Field Services and Service Desk operations at scale

Proven experience supporting large enterprise clients with multiple locations

Experience working with US based clients and stakeholders

Field Services & Service Desk Operations Certifications (Preferred)
ITIL v3 / ITIL 4 (Mandatory)
PMP (Preferred)
Technical & Functional SkillsITSM tools (Service Now, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management, etc.)End User Computing (Windows, macOS, M365, Active Directory)
Incident, Problem, Change & Request ManagementSLA/KPI management and service analytics
