Exciting long term contract position available in St. Louis, MO for a Sr. Servicenow Tester!
12 months+
W2 only, NO CORP TO CORP
Hybrid-3 days/week on site in St. Louis required.
We will consider local candidates, or those able to relocate themselves before starting.
NO FULLY REMOTE OPTION.

You must be able to work on our W2 directly. We CAN transfer Visas. 2+ years of Servicenow testing experience required.
The Senior Service Now Tester is responsible for leading and executing testing activities for Service Now implementations, enhancements, integrations, and platform upgrades. This role partners with Business Analysts, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to develop test strategies, validate system functionality, identify defects, and ensure high-quality delivery across Service Now modules and workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for Service Now applications and platform enhancements.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across Service Now modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and Service Catalog, as applicable.
- Validate Service Now workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, forms, notifications, approvals, and role-based access controls.
- Test integrations between Service Now and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to review business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution using Service Now, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or other defect-tracking tools.
