Delivery Head

We are seeking a highly accomplished Delivery Head to help lead and scale our growing technology

delivery organization across North America.

This role is ideal for a senior client-facing leader who thrives at the intersection of business strategy,

technology delivery, and client engagement. The successful candidate will partner directly with

executive stakeholders to understand business challenges, define impactful solutions, and lead Cross functional teams across North America and India to deliver measurable outcomes.

The Delivery Head will play a critical role in strengthening client relationships, driving operational

excellence, expanding delivery capabilities, and identifying new opportunities to create value for clients.

• Serve as a senior day-to-day point of contact for strategic clients and build trusted relationships with business and technology leaders.
• Independently lead client meetings, workshops, status reviews, and executive discussions.
• Understand client objectives and translate business problems into clear opportunities, requirements, and actions.
• Give clients confidence that issues will be addressed and commitments will be delivered and consistently follow through.
• Identify opportunities to expand Gemini's impact by recognizing adjacent business, technology, and transformation needs.

• Provide oversight and leadership across multiple technology delivery work streams and client engagements.
• Connect business stakeholders and delivery teams to keep work moving and remove impediments.
• Coordinate effectively across North American and India-based teams.
• Establish clear priorities, ownership, timelines, and expectations across delivery teams.
• Ensure solutions are delivering measurable business value.

• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating needs in both directions.
• Partner with architects and engineers to evaluate potential solutions and develop proposals for client problems.
• Leverage emerging technologies, including AI and automation, where they can meaningfully improve client outcomes.

• Challenge processes that aren't working and proactively recommend improvements.
• Establish and promote repeatable delivery practices across engagements.
• Help strengthen Gemini's delivery capabilities as the organization scales.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Foster a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and client ownership.
• Help develop delivery talent and identify opportunities to improve team capabilities.

• 10+ years of experience in financial services technology
• Demonstrated experience leading complex technology programs, products, or client engagements.
• Strong experience working directly with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executives and technical teams
• Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to understand complex concepts
• Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments
• Experience managing distributed teams, including collaboration across North America and India.
• Experience with AI, workflow automation, low-code platforms, data, cloud technology, or other emerging technologies is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Design, or a related field.
