We are seeking an experienced Cyber Ark Privileged Access Management (PAM) Consultant to support the administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of an on-premises Cyber Ark PAM environment, also referred to in the organization as Idira PAM.

The consultant will be responsible for the ongoing management and support of privileged accounts, credential management, automated password rotation, and PAM infrastructure components. This role requires hands‑on experience with Cyber Ark PAM, including credential provider management, account discovery, password rotation, and integration with Linux/SSH environments and Oracle databases.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience maintaining the performance, security, and reliability of enterprise PAM solutions. Experience with Vendor Remote Access and Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA) is preferred.

• Administer, support, and maintain the on-premises Cyber Ark/Idira Privileged Access Management (PAM) environment.
• Manage privileged accounts, credentials, safes, and associated access controls in accordance with security policies and operational requirements.
• Configure and maintain Cyber Ark Credential Providers and support their integration with applications and infrastructure.
• Support Cyber Ark PAM integrations with Linux/Unix systems, SSH environments, and other enterprise platforms.
• Configure and troubleshoot account discovery and automated password rotation, including accounts with multiple application, service, or system dependencies.
• Manage and support Oracle database accounts within the Cyber Ark PAM environment.
• Monitor PAM infrastructure health, investigate system events, and troubleshoot performance, availability, and integration issues.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of on-premises Cyber Ark PAM components.
• Support integrations between PAM and enterprise event management, monitoring, and security tools.
• Troubleshoot credential management failures, password rotation issues, connectivity problems, and other PAM-related incidents.
• Assist with PAM configuration changes, upgrades, maintenance activities, and ongoing operational improvements.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, database, application, Linux/Unix, and cybersecurity teams to resolve technical issues and maintain secure privileged access.
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures.

• Hands-on experience administering, supporting, and troubleshooting Cyber Ark Privileged Access Management (PAM) in an on-premises environment.
• Experience managing privileged accounts, credentials, and access controls within a PAM solution.
• Knowledge of credential management, account onboarding, and automated password rotation.
• Experience troubleshooting PAM components, integrations, and production support issues.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and SSH authentication.
• Experience with account discovery, password management, and service or application account dependencies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cybersecurity, infrastructure, database, and application support teams.

• Experience with Vendor Remote Access solutions, including Cyber Ark Alero, Vendor PAM, or comparable third-party privileged access solutions.
• Experience with Cyber Ark Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA).
• Hands-on experience managing Cyber Ark Credential Providers and application credential integrations.
• Experience managing Oracle database accounts and credentials through Cyber Ark PAM.
• Experience implementing and troubleshooting automated password rotation for accounts with multiple dependencies.
• Familiarity with PAM integration into security information and event management (SIEM), event management, or monitoring platforms.
• Experience with performance tuning, capacity management, and troubleshooting of on-premises Cyber Ark PAM components.
• Experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity and privileged access management operations.
