Role OverviewThe Delivery Partner is responsible for driving client satisfaction, portfolio growth, and high-quality service delivery across strategic key accounts in USA. This role balances operational excellence—managing resource utilization, hiring, bench cost, and compliance with technical leadership, driving Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption, pre-sales support, and robust technical solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Account Management & Strategic Growth- Strategic Client Management
:
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, account growth, and profit margins across strategic accounts. - Delivery Management
:
Direct and oversee client delivery teams distributed across North America. - Talent Development & People Growth
:
Lead hiring, onboarding, team development, retention, and career progression initiatives. - Resource Optimization
:
Oversee resource allocation, bench management, team utilization rates, and cost control to maintain operational efficiency.
- Resourcing Efficiency
:
Optimize time-to-fill for critical roles and streamline workforce resourcing processes.
- AI Adoption & Strategy
:
Drive the integration and enablement of Artificial Intelligence tools, automation frameworks, and AI-driven methodologies into client delivery models. - Pre-Sales Support
:
Collaborate with sales and strategic account teams to provide technical domain expertise, solution scoping, and AI capability proposals during pre-sales engagements.
- Professional Experience
:
Proven track record as a Delivery Partner, Engagement Director, or Senior Delivery Leader managing complex, multi-account portfolios in IT consulting or professional services. - Domain Expertise
:
Deep domain expertise in Financial Services, with experience managing distributed teams - AI & Technical Competency
:
Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, and modern cloud technologies. - Pre-Sales Leadership
:
Demonstrated success in pre-sales engineering, technical proposal design, and revenue enablement.
