Job Overview

A law firm is seeking an experienced litigation attorney in St.Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling diverse litigation matters and a proven track record in legal research and writing.

• Represent clients in various litigation matters, including class actions, breach of contract, and defamation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft compelling legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Participate in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, either plaintiff or defense side.
• Trial experience is desired but not required.
• Should be comfortable working on a wide variety of litigation matters (e.g., class actions, breach of contract, defamation, employment law, personal injury, construction disputes).
• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
• Strong communication skills.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice law in MO.

• Ability to handle a wide variety of litigation matters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
