Position: Personal Injury Paralegal (MULTIPLE openings)

Location: St. Louis, MO (On‑site & Hybrid options)

Schedule: Monday – Friday; standard hours of operation with flexible start/end times

Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annual (Flexible upon experience)

Job Description
  • Open and maintain personal injury case files.
  • Organize and track case‑related documents, deadlines, and correspondence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering inquiries.
  • Gather client information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Draft pleadings, discovery requests, settlement demands, and correspondence.
  • Prepare medical chronologies and summaries for attorney review.
  • Obtain and review medical records, bills, and accident reports.
  • Coordinate with investigators and experts as needed.
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims and negotiations.
  • Assist in preparing settlement packages and disbursement statements.
  • File documents with courts and schedule hearings, depositions, and mediations.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
