Epic is looking for an exceptional attorney to join our legal team at our Madison, WI campus. This role requires relocation to Madison, with the company providing full relocation assistance.

Responsibilities include:

• Negotiating multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with healthcare organizations worldwide.
• Owning challenging projects such as forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
• Ensuring compliance with current and evolving legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
• Managing litigation matters.
• Expanding responsibilities as skills grow within our rapidly changing industry.
