Morgan & Morgan is looking for a Trucking Personal Injury Trial Attorney in St. Louis, MO to join its growing practice. The Trial Attorney will handle mainly catastrophic and trucking motor vehicle accident cases in litigation representing plaintiffs. Responsibilities include trial preparation and trial. This is an unusual opportunity to pick up a fantastic group of high‑value cases.
Responsibilities- Day‑to‑day handling of litigation cases
- Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum
- Guiding clients through the case process
- Interacting with expert witnesses including conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits
- Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings and court appearances
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- An active member in good standing with the State Bar of Missouri
- Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases
- Trial experience required
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
