Assistant Attorney

Required Qualifications

• Applicants must possess a J.D. Degree.
• Applicants must be an active member of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction).
• Applicants must have at least one (1) year post-J.D. legal or other relevant experience.
• Applicants must possess superior oral and written communication skills.
• Applicants must possess strong character and interpersonal skills.
• Applicants must have demonstrated the capacity to function, with minimal guidance, in a highly demanding environment.
• United States citizenship is required for consideration.

• Outstanding academic record.
• Complex litigation experience involving white collar or civil litigation.
• Exceptional research and writing ability.
• The ability to successfully represent the interest of the United States in federal court.
• The ability to handle and successfully manage a heavy case load involving complex cases.
