Associate Attorney

Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firms with offices in CA, NY, IL, MI, OH, NC, GA, WA, NV and FL, and is seeking an Associate Attorney that is licensed in the State of Missouri and resides in the St. Louis metro area.

• Prepare, appear on time, and handle court appearances within reasonable travel distance. You may need to travel overnight; driving a car is required for some locations.
• Review and request coverage for court calls where the Associate will not appear, including attaching necessary documents and orders.
• Draft, review, and file motions and responses during litigation.
• Prepare for trials and arbitrations as necessary, which may involve overnight stays in distant counties.
• Communicate with consumers, consumers' employers, and attorneys to resolve accounts and suits.

• Licensed in the State of Missouri; additional licensing in other states (IA, OR, IL, NY, NE, , CA, WA, AK, HI, NV) welcomed.
• Comfortable appearing in court and consistently arriving on time using personal transportation.
• Ready to travel; firm reimburses mileage at IRS rates and other approved travel expenses next pay period.
• Strong verbal, written communication, and multitasking skills required for high-volume case load.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
