Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2-6 years of licensed experience for our St. Louis location to litigate in the asbestos practice area.

• Overall case management experience, including drafting critical motions, developing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and participating in court proceedings.
• Trial and appellate experience valued.
• Excellent academic credentials and immaculate presentation skills.
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with the firm's existing client base and an entrepreneurial spirit to pursue new opportunities in expanding practice areas.

The anticipated salary will range between $110,000 and $160,000, commensurate with the candidate’s background and years of experience. Other income opportunities include discretionary profit‑sharing contributions and a merit‑based discretionary bonus.
