Attorney​/Lawyer

Description We are looking for an experienced and driven Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team in St. Louis, Missouri. As part of our culture-focused law firm, you will play a pivotal role in advocating for clients while contributing to our mission of excellence. Responsibilities:

- Provide zealous representation for clients, maintaining the highest ethical standards.

- Oversee and manage a portfolio of personal injury cases from pre-litigation stages through trial.

- Communicate consistently with clients, offering guidance and support throughout the legal process.

- Analyze legal issues specific to each case, including reviewing insurance policies, settlement releases, and lien documentation.

- Draft and file various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, demands, and discovery materials.

- Collaborate with adjusters, experts, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to advance case progress.

- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings.

- Work closely with team members to foster a collaborative and success-driven environment.

- Stay updated on relevant laws and legal practices to ensure effective advocacy. Requirements - Active member in good standing with the Missouri State Bar;
Illinois license preferred.

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in plaintiff personal injury law.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

- Demonstrated drive to achieve both individual and team success.

- Proficiency in drafting litigation documents and preparing for court hearings.
