Intramotev is seeking a hands‑on Supply Chain Operations Lead with at least 5 years of experience to own the flow of materials for our autonomous rail vehicles. This is a critical "full‑lifecycle" role that bridges the gap between strategy and execution. We are not looking for a pure analyst, nor are we looking for a warehouse clerk; we need a lead capable of negotiating vendor agreements one hour and managing internal material flow on the factory floor the next.

You will be responsible for the entire "Procure‑to‑Pay" process within our Odoo ERP system, ensuring our engineering and production teams have exactly what they need, when they need it.

• Strategic Procurement: Sourcing new vendors, negotiating pricing and terms, and managing long‑term vendor agreements to ensure cost‑efficiency and quality.
• Tactical Buying: Executing daily purchasing activities, including issuing Purchase Orders (POs), tracking shipments, and resolving delivery delays.
• Internal Material Management: Overseeing the physical flow of materials inside the factory, from receiving and quality inspection to inventory storage and line‑side delivery.
• ERP Management: Acting as the primary owner of supply chain transactions within Odoo ERP; ensuring accurate data entry for inventory levels, bill of materials (BOM) costs, and vendor details.

• Process Improvement: Developing and documenting processes for inventory control (cycle counts, scrap tracking) and supplier performance evaluation.

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management.
• Must have experience in a hybrid role: Demonstrated ability to handle both high‑level procurement (negotiations/contracts) and physical material management (logistics/inventory).
• High proficiency with ERP systems (specifically Odoo, Net Suite, SAP, or Oracle) with the ability to troubleshoot transaction errors.
• Willingness to expand into technical areas beyond your area of expertise; ability to develop innovative and novel approaches.
• Open‑minded and comfortable working in a teaming environment and as an individual contributor.
• Fluent in both written and verbal English.
