The Purchasing Specialist ensures timely and accurate procurement of all supplies that support clinical and operational activities. This role manages purchase order creation, pricing validation, supplier communication, and day‑to‑day purchasing operations. The specialist also analyzes inventory usage, supports optimization of par levels, assists with month‑end financial processes, and maintains accurate item master and supplier records in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) program.
The role works closely with vendors, clinical teams, finance, and supply chain leadership to maintain reliable availability of supplies, mitigate supply risks, and support cost‑effective operations.

- Associates Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, Accounting, or similar field.
- 2 years’ experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations. Experience with Net Suite or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of core supply chain operations, including purchasing and inventory management.
- Effective communication skills, including vendor‑facing professionals.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in working with data.
