• Select materials, building systems and equipment; procure, expedite, distribute and return all materials/tools related to the project; maintain controls to monitor and evaluate cost-to-estimate for work completed; identify and report variances; forecast project costs and margins.
• Coordinate, supervise and manage field personnel, including on‑site meetings; conduct extensive survey of the job site.
• Maintain all project records to company standards, including daily logs and monthly owner reports; verify and expedite invoicing; investigate and resolve overdue accounts receivable.
• Monitor and manage all costs incurred during the project; evaluate site, improvements, constructability, labor and material availability.
• Submit permit applications and inspection requests; submit shop drawings, samples, cut sheets and as‑built drawings.
• Utilize document‑management software such as Bluebeam to organize and coordinate project documentation and tracking (drawings, change orders, correspondence, RFIs, etc.).
• Respond to and resolve client complaints and concerns, including personal meetings as needed.
• Assist with project site safety standards; participate in routine safety huddles and walkthroughs, and occasionally support job site safety investigations.
• Estimate base projects and change orders; recommend value‑engineering options.
• Other duties as assigned by employer.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Systems Design, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience within the AEC industry.
