Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead project meetings, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and address issues promptly.
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and implement strategic solutions to challenges that arise.
- Prepare progress reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Inspire a culture of excellence and professionalism on-site and contribute to successful project completion.
- Collaborate with the team to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to guide teams and interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
