Clementine's Ice Cream, based in St. Louis, brings passion and craftsmanship to creating small-batch, premium ice cream. As a proudly local Microcreamery, we use milk from grass-fed, pasture-raised, hormone- and RBST-free cows and prepare everything in-house with natural, handpicked ingredients. Our proprietary recipes are crafted from scratch in our 5,000-square-foot ice cream kitchen, where we create decadent, creamy ice cream with 16-18% butterfat.

Role Description

The Scoop Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a friendly and welcoming environment. Responsibilities will also include maintaining product quality, assisting with employee scheduling, training team members, and ensuring smooth store operations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Columbia,MO.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with an ability to motivate and guide staff
• Experience in inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining day-to-day operations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in food service, retail, or similar roles is a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
• Passion for high-quality food and beverages
• Must adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, with training or certification preferred
