. This position focuses on delivering a world‑class Total Patient Experience (TPE) that maximizes retail sales while supporting patients’ medical needs. The office manager will be responsible for overall sales and profitability, managing operations, team support, merchandising, inventory, training, and safety. Licensing requirements apply where needed.
- Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability of an individual office location through TPE.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with doctors associated with the office and serve as liaison between doctors and the office team.
- Human Resource Management: recruit, select, train, coach, and develop team members, including KPI scorecard coaching.
- Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
- Use judgment and tools to achieve revenue and EBITDA growth.
- Maintain a positive, supportive, and constructive team environment.
- Maintain facility to corporate standards (building, equipment, parking, grounds, safety, HIPAA & OSHA, hazardous material handling, waste disposal).
- Enforce company cash handling policies and submit required financial documents accurately on schedule.
- Execute day‑to‑day operations: schedule team members, hold weekly meetings, generate reports, assess inventory, order supplies, and train staff.
- Industry related experience is beneficial.
- Management experience required.
- Favorable background check result as required by state.
- Proof of identity and right to work in the United States.
- HSD or GED.
- ABO, NCLE, LDO preferred.
- None.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

- Work is primarily performed in a standard office or clinical setting. Travel to other locations may be required to carry out essential duties.
- Frequent walking (75%), sitting (50%), and standing (50%) with regular bending, stooping, and reaching (25–50%).
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items up to 25 lbs.
- Strong fine motor skills and full hand use required for constant grasping, writing/typing, and technology use.
- Visual and auditory acuity—including color, depth, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus—required 100% of the time.
- Occasional driving or climbing may be necessary.
