Construction Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll be the critical link between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams—ensuring safety, quality, budgets, and timelines stay on track.

• Develop and manage bid/estimate processes
• Review scopes and qualify bids
• Execute buyouts and develop base budgets
• Create and maintain project schedules
• Produce submittal logs and maintain client communication

• Track and communicate change order costs
• Deliver weekly/monthly reports on progress, costs, and forecasting
• Partner with Superintendents on QC, safety, and scheduling

• Collect and organize closeout documents and warranty information
• Deliver O&M manuals to the client
• Coordinate facility training sessions

• Bachelor’s Degree (Construction Management, Engineering Architecture, or related field preferred)
• 5+ years of successful project management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of A/E/C industry practices
• Detail-oriented and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore)
