PEO Management Support
TRIAEM LLC
Responsibilities- Manage internal PEO processes and document procedures.
- Manage manpower, seating, and resources needs for the MC&G across all branches/projects.
- Act as the PEO Training coordinator and facilitator.
- Provide PEO meeting facilitation as requested.
- Act as the PEO Corporate Communications and Information Manager.
- Manage the PEO Tasker process.
- Manage PEO Records and Information Oversight processes.
- Manage PEO leadership team calendars and e-mail, as requested.
- Manage PEO civil service and military awards processes.
- Support PEO leadership team actions and activities.
- Brief internal and external to PEO.
- Create and maintain PEO training registry; identify and facilitate training opportunities for MC&G PEO staff.
- Arrange and facilitate technical exchanges, senior PEO staff coordination, program reviews, and other MC&G PEO program meetings on behalf of leadership.
- Maintain PEO organization chart and associated billet structures.
- Maintain and manage the corporate information compendium (currently based on SharePoint and Windows shared file stores).
- Assist in maintaining PEO’s Records Management compliance for the MC&G PEO corporate information compendium.
- Assist PEO senior leadership in managing and promulgating communications, standards and directives.
- Ensure e‑mail distribution groups are optimized and accurate/up‑to‑date for PEO.
- Post taskers to PEO’s SharePoint site, consolidate responses, and respond on behalf of MC&G PEO.
- Create PEO civil service and military awards documentation and manage the awards process from start to finish.
- Identify and document Weekly Activity Report (WAR) inputs.
- At least 2 years of experience working in two or more IC and/or DoD directorates, with tasks including understanding management processes and communication across all levels of the organizational hierarchy.
- At least 1 year of experience managing manpower and resources for large organizations (minimum $100M in budget and/or 100 personnel).
- At least 1 year of experience managing internal organizational processes (taskers, communications, etc.) and working with external processes (manpower submissions, training, etc.).
- At least 1 year of experience utilizing technology to streamline organizational communication (SharePoint, shared folders, Outlook calendars, distribution lists, etc.).
- Working knowledge of the MC&G Mission Domain (not technical knowledge).
