Steel Detailing Project Manager

An outstanding,
full-time opening has become available in the Maryland Heights, MO area for an individual with 3-5 years’ experience as a Detailing Project Manager with background in Steel frame and fabrication projects
. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K plan, generous PTO and other outstanding perks.

MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 3-5+ years of Steel Detailing experience with some Project Management experience, preferably working with commercial projects.
• Experience with budgeting, estimating, manpower planning
  , and blueprint-reading is a MUST
  .
• Familiarity with assembling submittals, pulling permits, and preparing reports on a weekly/monthly basis is a MUST
  .
• Experience with developing site safety plans and conducting inspections is a MUST
  .
• AutoCAD, BIM, and/or REVIT experience is a BIG PLUS
  .
• PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) is a BIG PLUS
  .

• Vocational School / Certifications in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Construction Management is a BIG PLUS
  .

Candidates with Commercial or Industrial experience including Universities, Laboratories, Hospitals or Assisted Living project management experience are highly encouraged to apply.
