Project Manager – Substation & Line Projects
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to support substation and line projects as well as construction support services in the electric utility industry. The position requires a strong interest in power systems and electric utilities.

- Independently manage projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule, budget, and quality.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Serve as primary client contact, coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Track project progress, risks, and issues; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and deliverables.
- Mentor Assistant Project Managers and project support staff on tools, standards, and best practices.
- Contribute to process improvements and technical initiatives.
- Continue preparing for advanced certifications and leadership roles.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in engineering, engineering management, construction management, business or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as Project Manager in the electric utility sector required.
- PMP/CAPM preferred or in progress.
- Proficiency with project workflow and scheduling.
- Demonstrated experience with project management tools and processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels in the organization in a team environment.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel, up to 10%.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain reporting and working relationships.
- Software experience: MS Office, MS Project.
