Base pay: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full project lifecycle—budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor selection, and execution.
- Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
- Leading project meetings, tracking costs, ensuring quality control, and resolving on‑site challenges as they arise.
- Applying best practices for risk management, contract administration, and safety protocols.
- Mentoring junior staff and cultivating positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in commercial or institutional sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multi‑million‑dollar projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
