Senior Operations Consultant
We’re seeking a Senior Operations Consultant with hands‑on Epicor Kinetic experience to support client implementations and advisory engagements. This role is ideal for someone with a strong manufacturing or supply chain background who has transitioned into ERP consulting.
Responsibilities- Lead Epicor Kinetic discovery sessions and workshops
- Advise clients on best practices across manufacturing, planning, and inventory
- Configure and support Epicor modules including MRP, production planning, and scheduling
- Partner with project managers and technical teams through implementations and go‑lives
- Provide post‑go‑live optimization and support
- Epicor Kinetic consulting experience (2022+)
- Prior operations / manufacturing background
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business (preferred)
- APICS / CPIM certification (preferred)
- Ability to work Eastern or Central time hours
- Mid‑Senior level
- Full‑time
