Material Handler - 1st Shift

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to assemble valves for testing, filling and weighing valves, and production testing responsibilities as needed. Because responsibilities involve cross functional areas within operations, one must be versatile and take on various duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Attach oxygen valves to cylinders by hand/tool
• Fill oxygen valves with Nitrogen and place in bins
• Weigh oxygen valves and apply sticker and place in bins
• Lifting and moving bins of material weighing up to 35 lbs.
• Completing paperwork and moving racks around
• Testing oxygen valves or assembly work as assigned

• Ability to sit, stand, reach, pull, bend, and lift throughout the entire shift
• Ability to perform intense physical labor
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
