Company Overview

VIBE Cannabis ("the Company") is currently seeking Experienced Cannabis Cultivation Team Members for its facility located in St. Louis, MO; a brand-new medical market just launched in October 2020. VIBE will operate cultivation and manufacturing licenses in MO and is planning further local and domestic expansion. VIBE has only been operating since January 2022 and this is your chance to be at the start and contribute to building something amazing in an exploding industry.

Position

Summary

The Experienced Flower Cultivation Team Member will work with the Cultivation Team on various projects and tasks throughout multiple areas in the garden to ensure the best possible products for our patients. Team members should be prepared to come to work clean and well‑groomed with a great attitude and be ready to be on their feet for long hours, working in a variety of different environments.

Responsibilities
  • Help the Cultivation Team meet production demands and maintain quality expectations.
  • Perform fertigation, plant maintenance, cleaning grow and common areas, trimming, and packaging plant products.
  • Communicate directly with Team Supervisors/Managers and aid in other areas when not working with required daily tasks.
  • Maintain personal cleanliness and PPE throughout the Cultivation process.
  • Maintain best agricultural practices.
  • Maintain accurate records, inventories, and data as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma.
  • Able to work in loud areas.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Capable of working in dark or bright environments.
  • Able to work in low oxygen areas.
  • Capable of working with or around caustic and potentially harmful chemicals.
  • Understand compliance regulations and adhere to SOPs for specialized areas.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Willing to participate in an extensive background check.
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
What Will Make You Special
