Your Role

To stage, fill, cap, label, and over‑pack liquid, powder, and lyophilized products per approved packaging specifications and according to safety and quality protocols.

Job Functions
  • Shifts:

    1st shift M‑F 6am‑2:30pm - 2nd shift M‑Th 1:30pm‑12am – 7% shift diff; 3rd shift Sun‑Th 10:30pm‑7am – 10% shift diff;
    Weekend shift 7am‑7:30pm.
  • Set up, operate, and clean semi‑automated and automated filling, capping, and labeling equipment.
  • Perform manual and aseptic filling of liquids and powders, including hazardous materials, in controlled environments.
  • Accurately document packaging activities per FDA, ISO, and GMP requirements and deliver products to inventory.
  • Use pumps, filters, and electronic balances to process, weigh, and transfer bulk materials.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment; follow all quality, safety, and PPE protocols.
  • Participate in equipment troubleshooting, process improvements, and required safety trainings.
  • Collaborate with team members, assist in training, and contribute to 6S and audit‑readiness efforts.
Physical Attributes
  • Wear PPE such as hard hats, safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, hair nets, beard covers (if applicable), Tyvek suits, shoe covers, and respirator.
  • Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted; move more than 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Work area may occasionally be wet, humid, abnormally hot, or cold. Sit, stand, walk, reach above shoulder, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch for the entire shift.
  • Use close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth vision, and adjust focus. Work with and in proximity of hazardous chemicals and human source materials.
Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year experience in packaging, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, processing, or customer service environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with fill, cap, and label chemical products.
  • 3+ months of experience in ISO/GMP regulated environment.
  • 3+ months of chemical packaging, manufacturing, or scientific/laboratory experience.
  • Ability to do basic math – including metrics and conversions.
  • Knowledge of safety rules, GMP, SOPs, UOPs.
  • Mechanical skills with ability to use pumps, electronic balances, and material handling equipment.
  • Troubleshoot automated packaging equipment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to train others and work in a team setting.
  • Experience with hand tools.

Pay Range for this position: $19/hour – $35/hour. The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job‑related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance‑based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
