Overview
We are seeking dedicated Factory Workers to join our team. As a Factory Worker, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient production of goods.
Location:
St Louis, MO
$18.47/hr - $20.60/hr
This range is provided by Loy-Lange Box Co. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities- Operate or assist on machinery and equipment in a factory setting to produce quality products.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Assist in manufacturing line production tasks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Knowledge of converting machinery for manufacturing processes is a plus but not necessary.
- Ability to use measuring tools for work.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot machinery issues.
- Foundation in basic math for measurements and calculations.
