1st shift – Assembly Packer Stacker – DIRECT HIRE! LONG WEEKENDS OFF!

PAK Corporation is seeking a front‑line Assembly Packer/Stacker for a 1st shift (6:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday‑Thursday). The position offers a 4‑day work week with a 3‑day weekend and a base pay of $14.50 per hour plus a monthly performance bonus.

• Collect and sort products while standing by the conveyor line from machines running at different speeds.
• Operate a machine press.
• Count products to the correct row amounts according to the pallet specification sheet for the orders.
• Perform visual quality inspections and remove non‑quality parts to meet quality inspection standards. Ensure that only high‑quality product is palletized.
• Construct uniform pallets with the correct pallet counts and pallet tags for each unique part number.
• Perform secondary duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor.
• Volunteer overtime can be offered regularly.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and meet hourly production goals.
• Collaborative skill to rotate stations and meet production goals of multiple line positions within a shift.
• Meet the company's quality inspection standards.
• Able to stand and lift under 40 pounds.
• Can work in a non‑climate‑controlled work environment.
