Position status: Position runs through January 1, 2026, with the possibility of extension based on company needs.

• Responsible for inspecting inventory materials during receiving, storage, and distribution to ensure correct handling and storage practices are followed.
• Verify inventory counts and documentation; identify and document discrepancies or quality issues; maintain accurate inspection records.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory variances and enforce best practices in material handling and storage.
• Perform daily cycle counts.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines while handling parts.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks without losing accuracy or focus.
• High level of reliability and consistency in completing tasks.
• Basic computer and data entry skills; familiarity with inventory systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to report issues clearly and promptly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lb as needed.
