Location: St. Louis

CK Power is looking for a Quality Control‑Inspector at our St. Louis, MO location.

Responsibilities
  • Approve incoming materials, in‑process production, and finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
  • Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarize re‑work and waste; input data into quality database; develop and analyze trend data for various phases of production.
  • Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs when needed.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
  • Update your job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications.
  • Supports QC Test Technicians with testing documentation.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of relevant experience with hands‑on quality assurance inspection in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to analyze information, and document and report research results.
  • Desire to promote process improvement, safety and process management, manufacturing methods and procedures, innovation, and research.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading.
  • Proficiency in the use of precision measuring tools.
  • Computer‑literate and functional ability in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to complete inspection documentation and reports.
  • A good attitude; strong team player.
