Production Assembler Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Assembler to join our team in assembling generators and other power systems. This role involves working in one of two production areas: high volume or special projects. Candidates will engage in 'from the ground up' assembly, using blueprints and schematics to construct generators.
Responsibilities- Assemble generators and power systems from the ground up.
- Work from blueprints and schematics to build products.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
- Ensure quality and precision in assembly work.
- Collaborate with a team of generator production technicians.
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- 6+ months of assembly or blueprint reading experience.

Work EnvironmentWork in a clean and organized manufacturing facility that is heated but not cooled. The position requires working the 1st shift from 6am to 2:30pm, with potential overtime (OT is 5am - 3:30pm, with possible 8 hours on Saturday). Wear work jeans/pants and steel toe shoes/boots. Join a collaborative team.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of SAINT LOUIS, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
