Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Process Technician position located in St. Louis, MO. The Process Technician will oversee and optimize plastic recycling and production processes, ensuring efficiency and high product quality. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment and processes, performing preventive maintenance, monitoring quality control measures, and assisting with process engineering improvements. Additionally, the role involves training team members on operational and safety protocols to ensure smooth workflow and compliance.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on-site
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with recycling and manufacturing industries is a strong advantage
