This role includes testing products on the assembly line to ensure that they meet quality and engineering standards.
- Ability to verify correct specifications, certifications, and packing requirements have been met.
- Record discrepancies and separate good from defective parts.
- Assume responsibility that completed product has met all requirements.
- Ability to implement SPC.
- Proper identification on product.
- Inspect for proper packaging.
- Record data for trending analysis.
- Report major failures as they happen.
- Assist in other areas, or tasks, to meet production needs.
Required
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED
Desired
Experience:
- 6-9 months of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and experience in inspection a plus.
