This individual is responsible for food production in all areas of the department. A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position. The individual must be able to produce a quality, eye‑appealing product within an allotted amount of time. Performs related duties as assigned.
Position Details- Jefferson:
Food Handlers within 90 days of hire. - Springfield:
Food Handlers within 90 days of hire. ul> - Excellent integrity, takes initiative, good moral character.
- Basic math skills.
- Time management skills.
- All food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer.
- Also able to push, pull, and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
High school diploma or its equivalent.
