Air Products is seeking a Night Production Supervisor (6pm–6am) to lead our Spinning Operations at the Membrane Solutions facility in St. Louis, Missouri.
You will manage a team of ~16 technicians and team leads, ensuring safe, quality-driven production and steady progress toward targets. As the primary night-shift spin supervisor, you will coordinate resources, coach employees, and drive continuous improvement while complying with AS9100/ISO
9001 and Lean Manufacturing practices.
