Full-Time Pay Range: $20.00–$35.00 per hour (experience-based)
Role overview
Join a growing machining operation where your hands-on CNC skills translate directly to precision parts and reliable throughput. We are hiring across experience levels and platforms, from mills and lathes to Swiss and screw machines.
What you will doSet up and run CNC machinery to meet print and process requirements
Stage and load programs, tooling, fixtures, and raw materials
Perform tool changes, manage wear, and adjust offsets
Interpret blueprints and follow detailed work instructions
Execute first-piece and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
Verify part conformity to specifications and tolerances
Troubleshoot machining and quality concerns; make minor edits at the control
Uphold 5S principles to maintain a clean and safe work area Operate independently once trained on jobs and equipment

Total compensation reflects your machining background, setup capability, equipment exposure, and overall proficiency. Applicants with strength in setup, troubleshooting, program editing, Swiss, Tsugami, or advanced machining typically align with the upper end of the $20–$35/hour range.
