Based in our St. Louis location, you will serve as a paid search expert on an in-house, paid media team.

You will execute and optimize performance for paid search campaigns across varied products and brands in both the B2C and B2B spaces, driving results and making recommendations based on campaign goals. You will be a part of the Paid Media team and will collaborate closely with the social media team, marketing managers, project managers, analytics team, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

* ** REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE &

SKILLS:

** of hands-on media buying experience in advertising platforms Strong familiarity with the sales funnel and ad tactics used at each level

Strong ability to develop a plan, collaborate, and communicate clearly and cross-functionally to get results and influence decisions

Ability to implement conversion tracking, interpret marketing analytics, report on success metrics, and suggest optimizations
** PREFERRED EXPERIENCE &

SKILLS:

** Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience executing international campaigns outside of the United States This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate an office first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will collaborate in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs.
