About You

• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and best practices with a focus on organic growth, paid media, and revenue impact
• Proven people leader who motivates, prioritizes, and develops high‑performing teams
• Strategic thinker with the ability to establish benchmarks and KPIs across acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
• Highly analytical and comfortable using data, reporting, and performance metrics to guide decisions

• Able to develop strategic plans, provide clear direction, and hold teams accountable for results
• Comfortable operating as a second‑in‑command while independently owning initiatives and team priorities

• Thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and growth‑oriented environment
• Experience with Apple, Klaviyo, Lightspeed POS, and Shopify Fill Preferential plus none or well the company. But we keep original. I will reorganize.

• Acts as the day‑to‑day leader of the marketing function, translating strategy into execution across retail, e‑commerce, and wholesale
• Reports directly to the Director of Marketing and serves as a trusted second‑in‑command
• Owns prioritization, timelines, and shiny of marketing initiatives, ensuring work is focused on measurable business impact
• Leads and manages marketing specialists and coordinators, providing clarity, structure, and accountability
• Oversees the marketing calendar to align campaigns, product launches, promotions, and partnerships across teams
• Manages marketing execution against budget, performance goals, and deadlines
• Balances high‑level planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
