  Develop compelling, purpose‑driven cultivation and stewardship strategies that enhance and transform engagement and philanthropic contributions from St. Jude donors, fortifying the revenue programs that underpin our lifesaving work.
• Champion Donor Relationships:
  Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate, individual, major and leadership annual donors and volunteers. Build, maintain and nurture these relationships, retaining support and fostering growth in contributions.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with program owners in Development to enhance donor and volunteer relationship management, ensuring seamless integration of stewardship, financial analysis and program alignment to amplify our impact.
• Data‑Driven Impact:
  Leverage your high‑level understanding of data systems to drive effective stewardship strategies. Analyze donor interactions and engagement details to tailor personalized touchpoints, ensuring supporters receive accurate, relevant and timely communications that resonate with their philanthropic journey.
• Elevate Our Presence:
  Represent ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in all interactions, leaving a positive imprint that echoes our commitment to excellence, showcasing the hospital’s dedication and impactful work.

• Develop and Grow:
  Enhance and transform multiple high‑value $1 million dinner/gala events with growth rates and expense ratios assigned by territory and area leadership.
