Location:
St. Louis, MO. Salary: $30.00/hr – $47.28/hr (base pay). Your actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Additional compensation or sign‑on bonus may be available.

RolePurpose
Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care.
Responsibilities- Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment. Educates patients and families on how to manage illness and injury, including post‑treatment home care and medication administration.
- Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance and engages in professional development.
- Develops, implements, and documents individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, patient, family or caregiver according to nursing care standards and ensures communication across the continuum of care.
- Uses critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Assesses patient preferences and barriers to involvement in care, including values, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and population‑specific needs.
- Maintains constant alertness and performs work safely as a safety‑sensitive position.
