LPN ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care and assessments under RN supervision
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Perform wound care and skin assessments
Monitor and document patient health, fluid intake/output, and vital signs
Supervise CNAs and delegate duties appropriately
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team and families
Ensure regulatory and care standards compliance
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
QualificationsCurrent and valid LPN license in Missouri
BLS/CPR certification
1+ year experience in SNF or LTC
Strong observation and documentation skills
Able to lift 50 lbs and support patient mobility
