Responsibilities- Participates in professional development
- Provides direct patient care and documents care given
- Ensures compliance with all applicable state, local, and federal laws governing anesthesia services
- Completes the pre-anesthesia patient record, reviews laboratory data, and begins induction when appropriate
- Collaborates with anesthesiologists, surgeons and other medical professionals to deliver anesthesia for medical and surgical procedures
- Maintains safety standards as this is a safety-sensitive position requiring a constant state of alertness
- Education:
Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree - Experience: < 2 years
- Licenses & Certifications:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Education:
Master's Degree in Nursing
- Base salary starts at $243,500 for new grads (salary based on CRNA experience)
- Supplemental pay for call and hours beyond scheduled shifts
- Sign-On Bonus of $30,000
- Advanced Sign-On Bonus option for Students of $1,500/month
- Annual Call Bonus of $15,000 for taking call
